The Annual VAC HOA Informational Meeting and Elections was held March 13th, at the Alum Creek Church. The church graciously allows us the use of their facility at no cost.
The following homeowners have been elected as trustees for the 2012-13 year:
John EauClaire, Greg Karhoff, Sammy Stamm, Cindy Mild, and Chester Bruck
Officer positions were determined at the trustee meeting. Greg stepped down due to family committments and Tony Rose was appointed by the new board.

Homeowners Dues letters were mailed January 30, 2012.
We are please to announce that for the fourth straight year, dues will remain at $185.00. Attached below are the documents you can print out as well. If you don’t receive your invoice in a timely manner or have any questions, contact marty@villageatalumcreek.org
