2010 HOA Dues!

Thank you Homeowners!  As of June 30, 2010 we have dues paid from over 98% of our residents!  Any Past due amounts have been sent to our collection agency for processing.  If you have a problem paying your dues, please contact marty@villageatalumcreek.org.

You can send in more than one email address if you’d like.  We would like to get a majority of our neighborhood on the list to save postage and to get important news out quickly.

Safety and Security in the Neighborhood

VAC Resident John Euclaire spoke at our annual meeting about safety especially concerning solicitors in the neighborhood.  His outline is posted below.
