# HOA Dues

2026 HOA Dues: **$280/year**
Pay before **April 15, 2026**

Despite continued increases on labor, resources and services, the board has fought to keep our costs and dues low. In 2026, annual dues only increased $5 for the year.

Once there, log in or follow the instructions to create your account. If you have a technical issue making an online payment, you can contact Western Alliance Bank at (844) 739-2331.

Alliance began charging payment processing fees for some transactions. eCheck/ACH: $2.95 and Credit Cards are 3%. To avoid these fees, set up a recurring ACH transfer or pay by mail.
