August 4, 2025 - Utility Work / Digging

We have received several emails and messages about the fiber lines going in throughout the neighborhood.

To answer the common questions:

• The HOA had no prior knowledge of this work ,and utilities are not required to notify the HOA
• Nearly all if not every lot has easements on the back or sides of them that give utility companies the right to do the work they are doing.
• The HOA has no right to try to dictate what work they do or how they restore the land that does not belong to the HOA. For the land that does belong to the HOA we will do what we can to have them repair as much damage as possible. What is not done to our satisfaction we will address when the work is complete.
• If they do damage your property, from my understanding they will flatten the soil, lay seed and straw. Please water it. It is frustrating, but just letting the seed die is like biting off your nose to spite your face. They know what they are required to do - this is their everyday job.

We are sorry about everyone's frustration but this is the joy of living in an area that is growing and improving services, even if it is inconvenient in the short term.

May 28, 2025 - 2025 Inspection Results

The neighborhood inspection is complete for this round. There were a total of 266 violations at 195 homes. Since it does take time to get all of them processed and all of that you should start looking for emails or letters in the mail from vac shortly. If you have already completed the item in question please just let us know and we can have that adjusted. Also I will be first to acknowledge accidents do happen sometimes we will transpose numbers and a violation can be put at the wrong home. Please excuse us if there was an accident.
