• Fences
• Front Landscaping
• In Ground Pools
• Roofing
• Street Trees
• Sheds
• Siding (color/style)
• Solar Panels
• Windows

Process

• Download a copy of the Application for Exterior Modification
• The instructions and requirements are listed in the document - please follow closely. You must follow all HOA bylaws, Township/County zoning laws and obtain permits if required
• Submit to [email protected]

Exceptions

You do not need to submit an application to replace an invisible fence (pet containment), or your mailbox - since that is a standardized design (refer to the mailbox policy here)
