The north entry lights have been repaired
Many of you may have noticed fiber crews boring throughout the neighborhood again. Please note that this fiber installation project was not initiated by the Village at Alum Creek HOA. It is part of a broader infrastructure project being completed through Delaware County.

Utility Easements & Installation Rights
If there is a utility easement located on or along your property, the fiber company is permitted to perform work within that easement area. This may include:

Project Timeline & Restoration Plans
The fiber installation project is currently expected to be completed by late spring/early summer, weather permitting. This will be a significant long-term benefit for homeowners.
